Wedding Day Questionnaire


The big day is ALMOST here! I know you two have waited what seems like an eternity to find each other and finally say 'I do'! I promise your wedding is going to be one of the biggest days in your life, but truly you have an even more beautiful life ahead to live together hand in hand. I know by this point you probably have a hundred other things on your plate to check off but by filling out this questionnaire we can narrow down all the details beforehand which will allow you to be completely hands off on the day of your wedding and rest assured that I will capture everything and anything you may want to remember!

Pulling off the greatest day of your lives is a team effort. Providing all the vendor's contact information allows me to reach out beforehand to introduce myself and make sure we are all on the same page on what to expect and how we can help each other do their part!

An example would be a photo with an aunt that basically raised you, or a group of old friends from college, etc?

I want to be sure I’m not ignoring a close, shy brother & photographing the extroverted random cousin that got an invite! If you’d like to email me a family photo or photos of the people you’d like me to focus a little more on, that would be awesome!
